New York High School Lacrosse - Our Lady of Lourdes drops to Minisink Valley
April 9, 2022: Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY), 19-8 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cornwall Central for a Section 9 B Division II battle on Wednesday, April 20. Minisink Valley will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY). The Dragons record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Mahopac Indians (Mahopac, NY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 12. Our Lady of Lourdes will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 5-0 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Carmel (Carmel, NY).
