Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Newtown gets by St. Joseph
April 9, 2022: Trumbull, CT 06611 The Newtown Nighthawks lacrosse team scored 11 points and limited the host St. Joseph Cadets to 10 in the Nighthawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Nighthawks (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Conard (West Hartford, CT). The Chieftains enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Conard edged Newington (Newington, CT), 19-8, in a non-league game.
The Cadets (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Bears enter the Fairfield County-East game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Norwalk was tipped by Greenwich (Greenwich, CT), 19-0, in a non-league game.
