April 9, 2022: Geneva, IL 60134 Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings confront the West Chicago Wildcats (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 12. Geneva will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 5-0 league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL).
The Warriors now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Providence Catholic for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 11. Lincoln-Way West will confront a Celtics team coming off a 1-1 non-league St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Celtics record now stands at 2-4.
