California High School Softball - Hillcrest bounces Santa Fe
April 9, 2022: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) and the host Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA), witnessed Hillcrest's softball squad prevail over Santa Fe by a count of 14-1.
The Trojans now sport a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Nogales for a non-league match on Monday, April 11. Hillcrest will face a Nobles squad coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Ontario (Ontario, CA). The Nobles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Santa Fe moves to 5-7 on the season. The Chiefs travel to El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA) to face the Dons in a match on Monday, April 11. The Dons go into the match with a record of 0-3. El Rancho lost 8-7 in their recent league match against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
