New York High School Lacrosse - Bishop Hendricken drops to Iona Prep
April 9, 2022: New Rochelle, NY 10804 Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI), 21-1 in a non-league battle.
The Gaels now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hackley for a non-league battle on Monday, April 11. Iona Prep will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 16-4 league win over Riverdale Country (Bronx, NY). The Hornets record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Hawks clash with the North Attleborough Rocketeers (North Attleborough, MA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 16. Bishop Hendricken will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
