The Spring Mills Cardinals triumphed over the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears lacrosse team by a score of 24-5 in Saturday's league match.

With the win, Spring Mills upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV) to play the Mohigans in a WVSLA -DI East match on Saturday, April 23. The Mohigans go into the match with a record of 4-2.

With the defeat, Fairmont Senior drops to 4-3 on the season. The Polar bears host Preston (Kingwood, WV) to play the Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 13.
