April 9, 2022: Redding, CT 06896 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Guilford Grizzlies lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Joel Barlow Falcons.
The Grizzlies now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Notre Dame for a Southern Connecticut test on Monday, April 11. Guilford will face a Green Knights squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Green Knights record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) in a South West test, on Tuesday, April 12. Joel Barlow will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 13-1 league loss to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT).
