Washington High School Softball - Liberty Bell bounces Non Varsity Opponent
April 9, 2022: Winthrop, WA 98862 Liberty Bell Mountain Lions (Winthrop, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 25-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Mountain Lions now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tonasket for a 2B Central Washington challenge on Thursday, April 14. Liberty Bell will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Brewster (Brewster, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Non Varsity Opponent falls to 32-49 on the campaign. The travel to Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA) to battle the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 9. The Lakers enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
