The May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) softball routed the visiting Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC), 13-8 in Saturday's league bout.

The Sharks (4-8) will now prepare for their bout against Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Seahawks go into the AAAA Region 7 bout with a 10-5 record.

The Blazers now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rock Hill for a AAAAA Region 4 bout on Tuesday, April 19.
