Washington High School Baseball - Lynden defeats Blaine
April 9, 2024: Blaine, WA 98230 Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA), 8-1 in a league test.
With the win, Lynden upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Lions host Mt. Baker (Deming, WA) to battle the Mountaineers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Wednesday, April 10. The Mountaineers come into the test with a record of 2-8. Mt. Baker won 3-2 in their recent league test against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA)
With the defeat, Blaine falls to 4-3 on the season. The Borderites host Meridian (Bellingham, WA) to battle the Trojans in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Wednesday, April 10. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 5-4. Meridian lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA)
