April 9, 2024: Erie, CO 80516 Fossil Ridge SaberCats (Fort Collins, CO) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Erie Tigers (Erie, CO), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the SaberCats face the Prairie View Thunderhawks (Henderson, CO) in a 5A/4A Front Range North challenge, on Thursday, April 11. Fossil Ridge will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Thunderhawks enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 8-0 league loss to Poudre (Fort Collins, CO).
The Tigers now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Brighton for a 5A/4A Front Range North challenge on Thursday, April 11. Erie will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-5.
