April 9, 2024: Hampshire, IL 60140 Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL), 10-9 in a league battle.
The Whip-Purs now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jacobs for a Fox Valley battle on Thursday, April 11. Hampshire will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 10-7 league loss to Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL) in a Fox Valley battle, on Thursday, April 11. Crystal Lake Central will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 19-6 league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL).
