The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA), 12-5 in a league battle.

The Eagles now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Cross for a VISAA Division 2 battle on Thursday, April 11.

In their next game, the Gryphons clash with the Fredericksburg Academy Falcons (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 12. New Covenant will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 10-2 league win over Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA).
