April 9, 2024: Brooklyn, MS 39425 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pearl River Central Blue Devils (Carriere, MS) softball team overwhelmed the host Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS), by a margin of 17-5.
With the triumph, Pearl River Central moves its record to 17-6 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to West Jones (Laurel, MS) to play the Mustangs in a 6A Region 3 contest on Friday, April 12. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 8-11. West Jones won 22-11 in their recent league contest against Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS)
