Virginia High School Softball - Kempsville bounces Salem
April 9, 2024: Virginia Beach, VA 23464 The Kempsville Chiefs routed the visiting Salem Sundevils softball squad by a final score of 11-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Chiefs (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record.
The Sundevils now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Green Run for a Beach battle on Thursday, April 11. Salem will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 14-0 league loss to Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 0-3.
