Grand Island Islanders (Grand Island, NE) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), 16-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Grand Island advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Islanders travel to Norfolk (Norfolk, NE) to confront the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 10. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 3-7. Norfolk lost 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE)
