The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Vero Beach Indians (Vero Beach, FL) and the visiting St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY), saw Vero Beach's baseball team get by St. Mary's by a tally of 2-1.

The Indians (21-1) will now prepare for their battle against Dwyer (Palm Beach Gardens, FL). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 11-9 record. In their last battle, Dwyer was tipped by Seminole Ridge (Loxahatchee, FL), 5-4, in a league battle.
