The Magruder Colonels baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Walter Johnson Wildcats to 2 in the Colonels non-league win on Thursday.

The Colonels now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paint Branch for a non-league test on Saturday, April 11. Magruder will play a Panthers team coming off a 20-10 non-league win over Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Walter Johnson drops to 9-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD) to play the Cougars in a Montgomery County 4A - West test on Friday, April 10.
