In Thursday's non-league match, the host Westlake Demons softball team scored a nice 18-7 win over the Brush Arcs.

The Demons (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Mayfield (Mayfield, OH). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Mayfield was routed by Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH), 10-4, in a non-league match.
