In Thursday's non-league test, the Cypress Bay Lightning (Weston, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Nova Titans (Davie, FL), by a tally of 15-2.

Next, the Lightning clash with the Stoneman Douglas Eagles (Parkland, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 13. Cypress Bay will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 12-7 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Key West (Key West, FL).

The Titans (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Taravella (Coral Springs, FL). The Trojan Man go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record.
