May 1, 2015: Staten Island, NY 10312 The Tottenville Pirates routed the visiting Clinton Warriors softball squad by a count of 17-1 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wagner (Staten Island, NY). The Falcons go into the PSAL Staten Island A battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Wagner topped Madison (Brooklyn, NY), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Warriors now sport a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Telecommunication Arts Tech for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 2. Clinton will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Laguardia (New York, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 6-2.
