May 1, 2023: Lockport, IL 60441 In Monday's non-league test, the visiting York Dukes lacrosse squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Lockport Porters.
The Dukes now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint Viator for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 2. York will face a Lions squad coming off a 17-4 league win over Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Lions record now stands at 5-0.
In their next game, the Porters face the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a test, on Wednesday, May 3. Lockport will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 12-0 league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
