May 1, 2023: San Diego, CA 92114 The San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) softball routed the host Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA), 14-8 in Monday's league bout.
The Cavers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Point Loma (San Diego, CA). The Pointers go into the bout with a 15-3 record. In their last bout, Point Loma held off University City (San Diego, CA), 14-13, in a non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mira Mesa for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 3. Morse will confront a Marauders squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Marauders record now stands at 4-5.
