New York High School Lacrosse - Canisius drops to McQuaid Jesuit
May 1, 2023: Rochester, NY 14618 In Monday's non-league test, the host McQuaid Jesuit Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Canisius Crusaders.
The Knights now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hilton for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 3.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin test, on Tuesday, May 2. Canisius will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 6-3 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Whitman (Rushville, NY).
