May 1, 2023: Parsons, KS 67357 Baxter Springs Lions (Baxter Springs, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Parsons Vikings (Parsons, KS), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Field Kindley for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9.
With the loss, Parsons falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Labette County (Altamont, KS) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 4.
