Massachusetts High School Softball - Silver Lake Regional bounces Plymouth South
May 1, 2023: Plymouth, MA 02360 Silver Lake Regional Lakers (Kingston, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Plymouth South Panthers (Plymouth, MA), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Lakers now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitman-Hanson Regional for a Patriot - Keenan challenge on Wednesday, May 3. Silver Lake Regional will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Pembroke (Pembroke, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, Plymouth South falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host North Quincy (North Quincy, MA) to battle the Raiders in a Patriot - Fisher challenge on Wednesday, May 3. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 3-5. North Quincy won 7-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Duxbury (Duxbury, MA)
