New York High School Lacrosse - Center Moriches drops to John Glenn
May 1, 2024: Elwood, NY 11731 John Glenn Knights (Elwood, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Center Moriches Red Devils (Center Moriches, NY), 12-8 in a league battle.
The Knights now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Sinai for a Section 11 II battle on Friday, May 3. John Glenn will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Smithtown West (Smithtown, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-8.
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Deer Park Falcons (Deer Park, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 3. Center Moriches will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 1-10 record after their 17-2 non-league loss to Miller Place (Miller Place, NY).
