New Jersey High School Softball - Millburn bounces Barringer
May 1, 2024: Newark, NJ 07104 Millburn Millers (Millburn, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ), 20-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Millers now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Wardlaw Hartridge for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Millburn will battle a Rams squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Calvary Christian (Old Bridge, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 12-2.
With the loss, Barringer falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Blue bears host Science Park (Newark, NJ) to battle the Chargers in a SEC - Independence challenge on Friday, May 3. The Chargers enter the challenge with a record of 6-4. Science Park won 19-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Central (Newark, NJ)
