May 1, 2025: Newark, DE 19702 The Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE) baseball trounced the visiting Glasgow Dragons (Newark, DE), 9-2 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Lion Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. Hodgson Vo-Tech will clash with a Lions team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Lions record now stands at 11-2.
With the defeat, Glasgow drops to 1-6 on the year. The Dragons host Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Woodbridge lost 4-0 in their recent league challenge against Laurel (Laurel, DE)
