In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Village Christian Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-12 win over the Chaparral Pumas.

The Crusaders (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, El Segundo nipped West Ranch (Valencia, CA), 19-16, in a non-league contest.
