In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Huntington Beach Oilers lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 win over the Royal Highlanders.

The Oilers (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Palos Verdes nipped King (Riverside, CA), 12-8, in a non-league contest.
