Virginia High School Soccer - Deep Creek toppled by Hickory
May 1, 2025: Chesapeake, VA 23323 Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Deep Creek Hornets (Chesapeake, VA), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hickory advances its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host Lakeland (Suffolk, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 1-7. Lakeland lost 17-0 in their recent non-league test against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA)
The Hornets now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Nansemond River for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6.
