In Thursday's league contest, the visiting University Liggett Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 15-0 triumph over the Bishop Foley Ventures.

The Knights (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI). The Falcons/Kestrels go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, St. Mary Catholic Central knocked off Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI), 16-3, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Ventures meet the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 3. Bishop Foley will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Norsemen go into the contest with a 0-12 record after their 15-1 league loss to L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI).
