May 1, 2025: Holden, MA 01520 The Wachusett Regional Mountaineers lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the visiting Leominster Blue Devils to 7 in the Mountaineers league triumph on Thursday.
The Mountaineers now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Agawam for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. Wachusett Regional will clash with a Brownies squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA). The Brownies record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Leominster falls to 1-5 on the year. The Blue devils host Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA) to clash with the Minutemen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. The Minutemen go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
