May 1, 2025: Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 The Academy of the Holy Angels Angels triumphed over the host Elmwood Park Crusaders softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Angels play the Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 5. Academy of the Holy Angels will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ).
The Crusaders (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Butler (Butler, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Butler overcame Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 11-5, in a non-league challenge.
