Michigan High School Baseball - Manton wallops Forest Area
May 1, 2026: Fife Lake, MI 49633 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Manton Rangers (Manton, MI) and the host Forest Area Warriors (Fife Lake, MI), saw Manton's baseball team gain a win over Forest Area by a tally of 16-1.
The Rangers (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mesick (Mesick, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Mesick was overwhelmed by St. Mary (Lake Leelanau, MI), 6-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors face the St. Mary Cathedral Eagles (Gaylord, MI) in a Ski-Valley battle, on Monday, May 4. Forest Area will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
