The Franklin Sabers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Kettle Moraine Lasers to 1 in the Sabers non-league win on Friday.

The Sabers now own a 11-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Muskego for a non-league test on Saturday, May 2. Franklin will play a Warriors team coming off a 9-3 league win over Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 8-4.

With the defeat, Kettle Moraine drops to 6-7 on the year. The Lasers travel to Oconomowoc (Oconomowoc, WI) to play the Raccoons in a Classic Eight test on Monday, May 4.
