May 10, 2022: Pawnee, IL 62558 Pawnee Indians (Pawnee, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Riverton Hawks (Riverton, IL), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pawnee upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Indians host Tri-City (Buffalo, IL) to battle the Tornadoes in a MSM test on Wednesday, May 11. The Tornadoes come into the test with a record of 10-6. Tri-City won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL)
With the defeat, Riverton falls to 3-12 on the season. The Hawks host Maroa-Forsyth (Maroa, IL) to battle the Trojans in a Sangamo test on Wednesday, May 11. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 23-1.
