Alabama High School Softball - Brooks bounces West Morgan
May 10, 2022: Killen, AL 35645 Brooks Lions (Killen, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting West Morgan Rebels (Trinity, AL), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 41-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Curry for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Brooks will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 39-11.
With the loss, West Morgan falls to 25-15 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Haleyville (Haleyville, AL) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 19-16. Haleyville won 14-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Priceville (Priceville, AL)
