Pennsylvania High School Softball - Brownsville bounces Monessen
May 10, 2022: Brownsville, PA 15417 Brownsville Falcons (Brownsville, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Monessen Greyhounds (Monessen, PA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Laurel Highlands for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12. Brownsville will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Albert Gallatin (Uniontown, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-8.
With the loss, Monessen falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to California (Coal Center, PA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 2-10. California lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against West Greene (Waynesburg, PA)
