May 10, 2022: Glen Allen, VA 23059 Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting John Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA), 14-1 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Glen Allen for a Colonial challenge on Thursday, May 12. Deep Run will battle a squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, John Marshall falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Justices travel to Thomas Jefferson (Richmond, VA) to battle the Vikings in a Colonial challenge on Thursday, May 12.
