Massachusetts High School Softball - Lincoln-Sudbury bounces Wayland
May 10, 2022: Wayland, MA 01778 Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors (Sudbury, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Westford Academy for a Dual County Large challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Lincoln-Sudbury will battle a Grey Ghosts squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Newton South (Newton, MA). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Wayland falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Newton South (Newton, MA) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 5-6. Newton South lost 14-2 in their recent league challenge against Westford Academy (Westford, MA)
