May 10, 2023: Saugerties, NY 12477 The Marlboro Central Dukes got by the host Saugerties Sawyers baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Dukes now possess a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wallkill for a Section 9 Mid Hudson I bout on Saturday, May 13. Marlboro Central will face a Panthers team coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 14-1.
Next, the Sawyers face the Pine Plains Bombers (Pine Plains, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 16. Saugerties will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record.
