May 10, 2023: Worcester, MA 01603 Marlborough Panthers (Marlborough, MA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host South Colonels (Worcester, MA), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Leominster Blue Devils (Leominster, MA) in a Midland Wachusett match, on Thursday, May 11. Marlborough will attempt to advance on its 5-8 season record. The Blue Devils come into the match with a 14-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA).
With the loss, South drops to 5-9 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to South Lancaster Academy (South Lancaster, MA) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league match on Thursday, May 11. The Crusaders come into the match with a record of 7-4. South Lancaster Academy lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA)
