Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Shrewsbury drops to Groton-Dunstable
May 10, 2023: Groton, MA 01450 Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Shrewsbury Colonials (Shrewsbury, MA), 13-7 in a league battle.
The Crusaders now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Advanced Math & Science Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, May 12. Groton-Dunstable will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-3.
In their next game, the Colonials clash with the Nashoba Regional Wolves (Bolton, MA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 11. Shrewsbury will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 9-3 record after their 8-7 league win over Westborough (Westborough, MA).
