May 10, 2023: St. Charles, IL 60175 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL), by a count of 15-5.
Coming up next, the North Stars confront the St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) in a Sectional 7 contest, on Thursday, May 11. St. Charles North will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Fighting Saints come into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 11-8 non-league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL).
The Knights now own a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marmion for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 13. Kaneland will confront a Cadets squad coming off a 16-2 league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Cadets record now stands at 8-5.
