In Friday's non-league contest, the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, May 13. Grant Community will attempt to upgrade on its 18-13 season record. The Patriots go into the outing with a 23-10 record after their 2-0 league win over Waukegan (Waukegan, IL).

The Blue Devils now own a 11-19 record. They play next when they travel to Zion-Benton for a North Suburban outing on Wednesday, May 15.
