In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Powers Catholic Chargers baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Brandon Blackhawks.

The Chargers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Central (Bay City, MI). The Wolves go into the Saginaw Valley game with a 2-10 record.
