The Crown Point Bulldogs baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings to 4 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now own a 19-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Central for a Duneland test on Tuesday, May 13. Crown Point will clash with a Indians team coming off a 5-3 league win over Portage (Portage, IN). The Indians record now stands at 16-3.

With the defeat, Homewood-Flossmoor drops to 10-18 on the year. The Vikings travel to Sandburg (Orland Park, IL) to clash with the Eagles in a Southwest Suburban test on Monday, May 12. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 17-8. Sandburg won 16-2 in their recent non-league test against Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL)
