Minnesota High School Baseball - Denfeld nips Tartan
May 10, 2025: Duluth, MN 55811 The Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN) baseball got by the visiting Tartan Titans (Oakdale, MN), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Hunters now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Proctor for a Lake Superior challenge on Tuesday, May 13. Denfeld will clash with a Rails team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Rails record now stands at 9-4.
With the defeat, Tartan drops to 5-12 on the year. The Titans travel to South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Packers in a Classic Suburban challenge on Monday, May 12. The Packers go into the challenge with a record of 6-8. South St. Paul won 7-4 in their recent league challenge against St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN)
